Reference standard of the pressure unit – pascal in the field of absolute pressure

Reference standard of the pressure unit

Standard composition:

  • pneumatic deadweight pressure gauge of А6100 model;
  • special weights of nominal value from 3 to 7000 kPa;
  • standard vacuum meter VT-6В03;
  • vacuum pump GQJ 56C17F504D P;
  • engine for rotating special weights;
  • a sensor for measuring pressure in the chamber of pneumatic deadweight pressure gauge of absolute pressure;
  • a PC for automatic processing of the results of verification and calibration of measurement results

Metrological characteristics:

  • measurement range for absolute pressure from 3 to 7 000 kPa, including

- low (L) – from 3 to 200 kPa;

- medium (M) – from 25 to 2000 kPa;

- high (H) – from 2000 to 7000 kPa

  • discrecity of the pressure setting:

- low (L) – 0,5 kPa;

- medium (M) – 1,0 kPa;

- high (H) – 5,0 kPa

  • limit of permissible relative error – 0,005 %;
  • working medium – nitrogen, air

Calibration and measurement capabilities of the standard are confirmed by means of traceability to the reference standard of the pressure unit of the Republic of Belarus as a result of carrying out comparisons.

Scope of application:

The standard assures storage and transfer of the pressure unit size to high-accuracy absolute pressure measurement instruments that are used in the following fields:

  • testing, verification and calibration laboratories;
  • petrochemical industry;
  • chemical industry;
  • hydrometeorologic service;
  • in the field of accounting and regulation of energy resources consuming.
