National standard of the unit of the mass and volume liquid (water) flow rate
Developed and in use since 2009, approved as standard in 2015

- Working table with two branches of measuring pipelines;
- Flow generators on the basis of pumps Grundfoss;
- Head tank with permanent level;
- Three weight measuring devices on the basis of balances Mettler Toledo;
- Four devices for flow switch over;
- Three standard mass flow meters Micro Motion ELITE series;
- Flowrate regulators Siemens;
- Frequency drives for pumps operation VLT 6000 HVAC;
- Automated measuring systems and automated control systems for technological process on the basis of programmable industrial controllers iCPcon (Taiwan);
- System for water preparation and change;
- System of compressed air supply;
- System for microclimate maintenance.

Scope:
The standard is used to reproduce and transfer of the unit of mass and volume liquid (water) flow rate within the range of mass flowrates from 1 to 60000 kg/h and volume flowrates from 0,001 to 60 m3/h to working standards and working liquid flow meters that are used in all fields of the national economy of the Republic of Belarus.
